When you feel tense or stressed, what do you do to relax?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 28, 2009:
When I feel tense or stressed there is a root cause for that feeling. I go to the cause of the problem and create the solution that disappears tenseness or stress, rather than ignoring the problem by using some guru method that ultimately deepens the problem. I have discovered that compromise and procrastination are the harbingers to stress and tenseness among many other things.
