This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for January 21, 2008:
The hardest thing for me to change is; myself. No matter what I do or don't do... I always seems to show up with the same inner voice with its relentless criticism and worthless chatter.

Help

Why don't you make up some new chatter for yourself, and tell yourself some positive stuff. Why beat yourself up with negative talk? You invented your current self. RE-INVENT YOURSELF! i have many, many times by choice or chance or no choice. “Fake it till you make it” - is good advice. i used to hate that saying, but turns out it is true. Don't listen to crap from anyone, including yourself. You know you're better than that. SHINE!
((HUGSSSSSS))))
Awareness is a good starting place. As someone who hears the negative chatter incessantly, I can only hope that we still have time to train our inner voice to recognize the truth when we hear it. We have value, and we are remarkable people who are capable of bringing the best that is within us out into the world. The world can be improved by our contribution to it. One forward motion at a time.
Thanks for sharing your honesty. Knowing another person is walking beside me on a similar path brings a measure of comfort, and inspires me to move forward with purpose. Thanks for providing that inspiration.
